Eklata – Headquartered in Split, Croatia, is an organization specializing in education and recreation of children and youth, and is a tourist agency as well. The company is well known for its popular international summer camps along the Adriatic coast. Thousands of very satisfied children and teenagers from many European countries have successfully completed our intensive foreign language, creative workshops and sports programmes. In addition to our renowned summer camps, Eklata organizes foreign language courses for preschool and primary school children during the course of the school year in several countries.

The campers are taught by foreign language teachers, native speakers, physical-education teachers and coaches, and other experienced staff from different academic and sports backgrounds, including the popular animators and counselors trained in Europe and United States. The camp staff is supervised by mentors and leaders of high academic achievement and extensive camp experience.

Camp Eklata enjoys strong support by Ministry of Science, Education, and Sports of the Republic of Croatia. National committee of 2001 –European Year of Languages recognized Eklata as one of the very important national projects for promotion and motivation of youth in foreign language education.
