The price includes:
* 8 days 7 nights or 5 days 4 nights (in groups 9 and 10) nights full room and board with 4 daily meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner),
* 20 lessons during the week for all the programmes (45 min/hour),
* literature, other educational and creative workshops aids, main sports aids requisites,
* use of learning materials and equipment,
* placement and achievement test, certificate of achievement and/or completion,
* all day educational, creative, and sports activities,
* organized usage of sports facilities, recreational, and entertainment facilities and the disco,
* swimming lessons for non-swimmers,
* sojourn tax, and added value tax 22%.
Travel insurance package is not included in the price. It can be purchased additionaly through the agency.
Transportation to Zaostrog is not included in the price.
We organize pick up in every major city for groups of campers at very
affordable prices. the groups will be accompanied by Camp Eklata
guides and staff members who will travel with the campers to
destionations and back. Campers who have transportation arrangements
of their own can check in directly at the hotel reception in Zaostrog.
Important note:
The applicant is responsibe for the complete cost of bank or money transfer.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION...
 1. PHONE
* After you have decided on the term, program, and transfer call us at +385 (0) 21 544 232 to check our availability or to ask any additional questions that you may have.
* You will make payment arrangements with our booking manager after which the agent will send you a contract (reservation confirmation) that you will fill out and send back to us within a week from receiving it.
* After we have received your signed contract and have confirmation of payment your reservation is complete.
The phone reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive the signed contract in a timely fashion or if we do not receive confirmation of payment.
2. INTERNET
* Please click here to make an on-line reservation and once you have filled out all the required information click "send".
* Once we receive your reservation we will check our availability and send a contract (reservation confirmation) to the e-mail address you have listed in the on-line reservation.
* Please fill out this form, sign it and send it back by regular mail to our headquarters address within one week. If your country or current location is outside of Europe, we will accept a scanned copy of the signed contract sent to us via email.
* Once we have received the contract and payment receipt your confirmation is then finalized.
On-line reservations will be cancelled if we do not receive your completed and signed contract in a timely fashion or if we do not receive confirmation of payment.
